George Thomas, is the Promoter, Chairman and Managing Director of our Company. He has been on the Board of the Company since its incorporation. He holds a Degree of Bachelor of Arts (Economics), a Post Graduate Diploma in Computer Science from Indian Institute of Computer Technology and a Professional Certificate Programme in Advanced Management from Indian Institute of Management Kozhikode. With over 30 years of extensive experience in the Information Technology and Digital Devices Industry, he has been instrumental in shaping the Company’s growth and strategic direction. At present, he is responsible for the business development, compliance, finance & budgeting of our Company.
Geela George
Geela George, is the Promoter and Whole-time Director of our Company. She has been on the Board of the Company since its incorporation. She holds a Degree of Bachelor of Commerce from Mahatma Gandhi University and a Post Graduate Diploma in Computer Applications from Rajagiri College of Social Sciences. She has around 12 years of experience in the digital device industry. At present, she is responsible for human resource management and administrative functions of our Company.
Binu Malayilpothy Varghese
Binu Malayilpothy Varghese is a Whole Time Director and Chief Executive Officer of our Company. He holds the Diploma in Computer Engineering. He has around 27 years of experience in the Information Technology Industry. At present, he is responsible for business development, sales and marketing.
Charles Joseph Thayil
Charles Joseph Thayil, is a Non-Executive Director of our Company. He holds the degree of Bachelor of Technology (Electrical). In addition, he completed his MBA (Faculty of Social Sciences) from Cochin University of Science and Technology. He has around 26 years of experience in the field of industrial automation.
Suresh Thundiparambil Narayanan
Suresh Thundiparambil Narayanan, is an Independent Directors of our Company. He is a Practicing Chartered Accountant with around 17 years of experience in audit and taxation.
Sreedharan Radhakrishnan Nair
Sreedharan Radhakrishnan Nair, is an Independent Director of our Company. He holds the Degree Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Physics. He has around 29 years of experience in the field of providing Information Technology (IT) Enabled Solutions.

Lijo Joseph
Lijo Joseph, aged 37 years, is the Chief Financial Officer of our Company. He joined the Company on May 15, 2025 and is currently designated as Chief Financial officer with effect from July 15, 2026. He is a commerce graduate. Prior to joining our Company, he was associated with Back to Roots as Head of Finance & Operations. He has over 14 (fourteen) years of experience in finance. In his current role, he is responsible for looking after accounts and other finance related work of the Company.
Ebin Varghese
Ebin Varghese, aged 33 years, is the Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of our Company. He joined the Company on June 24, 2026 as the Company Secretary and Compliance Officer. He is an Associate Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI). Prior to joining our Company, he was doing his own practice as a practicing Company Secretary. He has over four years of post- qualification experience in secretarial and corporate law compliances. In his current role, he is responsible for ensuring statutory compliance, maintaining corporate governance standards and supporting in regulatory matters of our Company.

Rajan Thomas, aged 39 years, was appointed as DGM- Sales from April 01, 2024. He has completed Bachelor Programme in Arts in the year 2013. He possesses an experience of around 16 years in information technology industry.
Regy Abraham
Regy Abraham, aged 51 years, was appointed as General Manager in the year 2024 and was promoted to the designation of Chief of staff- HR with effect from May 01, 2026. He holds degree of Bachelor of Science. He possesses an experience of around 24 years in information technology industry.
